In the Windows Firewall control panel (Control Panel –> System and Security –> Windows Firewall), go to Advanced settings.
In the window that opens, select Inbound Rules and find the enabled rule (marked with a green icon) — Remote Desktop (TCP-In).
The rule's Properties have a Scope tab where you specify the addresses or address ranges allowed to connect via RDP. To filter external connections by IP address, add to the Remote IP address list all IP addresses, address ranges and subnets from which RDP connections to this computer will be allowed.
