How to disable the password change requirement
To cancel the password change requirement, do the following:
1. Go to Start -> Run. In the window that appears, type control userpasswords and click OK.
2. The Local Users and Groups window will appear. On the left, select the Users folder - the list of the computer's users will then appear in the right part of the window.
3. Select the user for whom you want to cancel the password change requirement, right-click it and select Properties.
4. In the window that appears, clear the User must change password at next logon check box (if it is selected), and then select the Password never expires check box. Confirm the changes by clicking OK.
After that, the system will no longer require this user to change the password periodically.
