If you want to pay an existing invoice using funds from your account balance, go to the "My Invoices" section of the client area, choose the invoice you want to pay and click the "view invoice" link next to it.

When viewing an unpaid invoice, if you have funds in your account balance, you can use them to pay it:

 

If your balance is sufficient to pay the invoice in full, the invoice will be marked as paid. If it is not sufficient, you will need to pay the remainder using any of the available payment methods.
