Besides copying files via the clipboard, you can use other file transfer methods. For example, Radmin or TeamViewer. If you want to use these tools, you need to install the corresponding software on the server. Additional information, instructions and support are available on the vendor's website.

 

You can also install/configure/start the built-in FTP service on the server or any third-party FTP server you are familiar with (for example, FileZilla FTP SERVER). This will let you upload and download files to and from the server using your favorite FTP client, with resume support, etc.

Installation and configuration of the FTP service by our administrators upon your request costs 5 EUR.

We do not recommend uploading a file from your computer to a file-sharing service and then downloading it to the server, although some users do exactly that for large files, especially if they have a "premium" account with the file-sharing service.
