Some system devices, in particular the network adapter, are presented to the guest operating system as removable USB devices. Because of this, a corresponding icon is shown in the taskbar (next to the clock). There are no "flash drives" there, and you do not need to eject anything: doing so will make your server unreachable over the network or cause it to malfunction!

If you did "accidentally" eject something "unnecessary" (usually it is the network adapter), connect to the server via the VNC console and shut it down (Start - Shut Down), then, a few minutes after the server has powered off, "Power On" it in the control panel. The same procedure also helps if the network adapter suddenly "disappears" (no network connections or adapters are available).
