Unfortunately, automatic debiting from bank cards is temporarily unavailable: invoices must be paid manually, just like before. If you had a card linked for autopay, please check your upcoming invoice.

You can still pay by card as usual; payments just are now processed through a different payment system.

Alternatively, you can use another convenient payment method — an IBAN transfer via QR code (from Ukrainian bank account only). Funds are credited automatically within a few minutes. There is usually no commission fee, or it is a fixed 3–5 UAH, depending on your bank.

We are already working on restoring automatic monthly payments and will let you know when they become available again.
