We would like to inform you about a change in the payment structure for our company’s services.

Due to the unstable political and economic situation in the world, high volatility in currency markets, exchange rate instability, inflation risks, as well as a significant increase in the cost of hardware and components, we are forced to revise the conditions for long-term prepayments.

Over the past year, the cost of certain server hardware components, including RAM and SSD storage, has increased several times. In the current environment, long-term expense planning and committing to extended financial obligations carries increased risks.

As a result, the company is transitioning exclusively to a monthly payment model for services.

What will change:
• After the end of the already prepaid period, the next invoice will be issued for 1 month only;
• All future service renewals will be processed strictly on a monthly basis;
• Discounts for long-term prepayment will no longer be applied;
• The maximum account top-up amount and balance limit will be restricted to the equivalent of two monthly payments.

Please note that all already prepaid service periods will remain fully valid without any changes.

We understand that these changes may cause inconvenience, and we sincerely regret this. This is not an easy decision, but a necessary measure aimed at ensuring the company’s stability, reducing financial risks, and guaranteeing the fulfillment of our obligations to all clients.
